Well, Resurrection Sunday started with a morning rush to church in the hopes of actually being punctual for a change, only to discover that we had failed to pay attention to the special time change for the services. So rather than being on time, we arrived half an hour late. Oh, well. Par for the course.
After church we came back home, ate a quick lunch and started preparing for Steve and Kimberly to join us for a delicious Easter dinner. They brought the ham, and we spent the afternoon preparing, interrupted by a fun egg hunt before we ate dinner. Aubrey took little interest in the eggs, and preferred to try and run out in the street, looking absolutely adorable in her Easter outfit. We think Elijah enjoyed hunting for the eggs, but we had to keep reminding him of the color coded division of the eggs: "The obvious purple and pink eggs lying in the middle of the yard are for Aubrey. Yours are the blue, green, and yellow... the hidden ones."
We got some great pictures, so head over to the most recent Photo Albums for a look.
