Red Lobster

After a long afternoon out and about looking for things for Elijah's Birthday Party, we decided to use our Red Lobster gift card (courtesy of LifeSprings) for a family dinner. We're not big fans of taking the children out to eat (not that we go out frequently by ourselves anyway), but we decided to eat early with all the retired people and give it a shot. Stephanie and I both enjoyed our meals, but we found our children's tastes humorous.

Elijah, the ever good eater, loved the biscuits and even enjoyed a good amount of my Ceaser salad. A four year old that likes lettuce, go figure. But he decided to pass on the popcorn shrimp, which he didn't seem to like at all, and instead filled up on my shrimp pasta. I can't blame him. It is a much better choice.

Aubrey was even more humorous as she devoured our lemons without even a wince or a sour face. However, she didn't fail to pick out the broccoli from the pasta and put it back on her Mama's plate. She's become our fickle eater.
