Both kids are really into puzzles lately. The past few days, Elijah has put together pretty much all his puzzles several times. Saturday he completed eight puzzles, including two 100 piece puzzles (which he completed mostly by himself). He sometimes gets frustrated and asks for help, but he's fairly content to sit in his room or at the kitchen table and quietly put his puzzles together. It seems a bit out of character considering his rambunctious tendencies, but its also a nice change of pace.Aubrey has really gotten into the wooden puzzles that Elijah had. I don't remember him every enjoying them so much, but with Aubrey, its become one of her favorites. She'll run to her drawers where they are located and emphatically point and make noises. We'll ask her, "Do you want your puzzles?" To which she will excitedly giggle and nod her head.
With her, its not too far out of character considering how she delicately lays out her picnic blanket and organizes all the food.
