Last night, I slept on the couch (again... where I occasionally fall asleep when I'm exhausted). But this time, Aubrey was with me. She was not feeling too well, and kept waking up crying out. I asked her after a few times, "Do you want to sleep with Daddy on the couch?" She nodded and said, "Uh-huh."
So I picked her up, pushed the two couches together, and we spent the night together in the living room (not the best sleep with her tossing and turning). But it was all worth it when my little girl told me, "I wuv my Dayee."
